What made Jude and Lynne (HeyNonnie) decide to start their Second Saturdays Lifestyle Meet and Greet? Jude and Lynnestarted out in the lifestyle while living in the Lehigh Valley (near Allentown) in Pennsylvania. They regularly attended the Lehigh Valley Meet and Greet hosted by Meg and Todd and met a lot of great friends there, and several playmates. Mostly they enjoyed the low pressure environment where they were able to just socialize with like-minded people. When they moved back to Arizona in December 2005, they were going to a weekly meet and greet, but really wanted a monthly meet and greet more like the one they attended in PA. After attending a SwingErotica meet and greet at Phase 54, they started talking to the owners there about starting their own monthly event at that location and had their first event there in April 2006.

What made Jude and Lynne decide to hold their first Second Saturday events at Phase 54? After seeing the success of SwingErotica's meet and greet at Phase 54 in February 2006, Jude and Lynne decided it would be a great location to start their own event. Lynne knew the owners, John Sanford and Jon Harris, from when she lived in Arizona previously. They all met in early 1994, so they go way back and consider each other "family." They discovered that Phase 54s regular vanilla clientele didn't start showing up en force until after 11pm on Saturday nights, and knew they would be able to stage a total bar takeover by starting their event when the club opened at 8pm. Jon and John were enthusiastic about them bringing a new crowd into the club and were very supportive of the event, and remain so today.

How did Jude and Lynne decide to start a new event at The Door? They were approached by Omer (the manager of The Door) in early 2007 about hosting another event at his nightclub. At first, they were apprehensive about the time necessary to promote another event, but after seeing the inside of The Door, were excited about the possibilities. Their first Speakeasy Saturdays event was held on July 28th, 2007.

Why did Jude and Lynne stop holding the Second Saturdays event at Phase 54? The summer months of 2007 showed smaller crowds at the Second Saturdays Lifestyle Meet and Greet at Phase 54. Everyone expected attendance to rise again in October, when the temperatures were cooler, but it was a small group. Since they weren't bringing in the revenue the club was accustomed to seeing from the S2 event, management started promoting other events on the same nights as our event. Feedback from many of our members revealed that people had grown tired of the venue and were enjoying other events elsewhere. The final Second Saturdays at Phase 54 was held on on Saturday November 24 2007, celebrating twenty months of some of the hottest parties we've seen in the Southwest.

Are there going to be Second Saturdays events in the future? Hell yeah! Greg and Alethea are hosting the Second Saturdays events at The Door. Our cohosts from the past year will be coordinating efforts with them to promote tradition S2 Lifestyle Meet and Greet parties and special events.

What?! Jude and Lynne moved?!!! They've been wanting to live in Southern California for years. Their move from Pennsylvania to Arizona was always intended to be temporary until they were ready to relocate to San Diego County.

Where did Jude and Lynne come up with their nickname, HeyNonnie? It's a play on words. It started when Lynne wanted to come up with an anonymous profile name for other sites even before we started in the lifestyle. If you say it fast, heynonniemouse sounds like anonymous. Shorten that to HeyNonnie and it's a reference to a Shakespeare play called "Much Ado About Nothing" in which the character Beatrice sings "Sigh no more, ladies, sigh no more. Men were deceivers ever. One foot in sea and one on shore, to one thing constant never. Then sigh not so but let them go and be you blithe and bonny, converting all your sounds of woe into hey nonny nonny."
